No—we don’t hand you a rigid meal plan. Instead, we teach you how to adjust portions, make macro-friendly swaps, and enjoy the foods you already love while still reaching your goals.

Most programs throw everything at you at once. At SZN, we use a phased approach—layering habits step by step, so you’re never overwhelmed. You also get boutique, high-touch support with multiple weekly touchpoints instead of just a one-time plan.

Our coaching is fully online and async. You’ll have 24/7 access to send updates or questions, and I’ll reply with coaching notes Monday–Friday.

No. If you love the gym, I’ll create a strength program for you. If not, we can design a routine around home workouts or walking. The minimum requirement is that we work your muscles in some way and keep daily movement a priority.

Instead of waiting for a weekly call, you can message whenever you need. You’ll submit a weekly checkin form, and I’ll review it with feedback and adjustments so you’re never left guessing.
